Penalty Power 3 is the third addition to the popular penalty kicking soccer games series from the Cartoon Network and you can now play it for free on our football games site! Build your own soccer team and challenge other teams in the European competition. You start in Germany and your mission is to travel around Europe, beat all opponent teams and win the tournament. Select a captain and goalkeeper, then confirm your selection to create a custom squad of two players. There are 16 Cartoon Network heroes to choose from including Batgirl, Supergirl, Wonder Woman, Raven and Starfire. Use your mouse to play this game. While playing as a striker, click and hold your mouse button, then drag your mouse into any direction to shoot the ball. Try to hit the target area for an extra time. As a goalkeeper, just click on the goal post area to perform a jump and make a save. Score more goals than the opponent to win the match.
